We want you to love your ElvoraTech microphone. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a return.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at elvoratechco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or isn't working, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
